Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on custom orders unless it is cancelled within 4 hours of placing your order. Due to each order being customized specially for you, we will only issue a refund if you receive a damaged product or the wrong size or color are received from what you ordered. Trujillo 7 Designs will not be responsible for orders placed in the wrong size or color. Please double check your order before confirming. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
